The refrigeration principle of nenwell brands fridge is mainly based on the common refrigeration cycle system of refrigerators. It achieves the purpose of reducing the internal temperature of the refrigerator through a series of physical processes, thereby keeping food fresh. What we need to understand is not only the refrigeration principle but also the functions of different components, such as the compressor, condenser, and throttling device.

brand-refridgeAs you know, the refrigeration of nenwell brand refrigerators relies on sucking in the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas in the evaporator and then compressing it to turn it into high-temperature and high-pressure superheated steam. This process significantly increases the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant, creating conditions for the subsequent heat dissipation.

Then comes the role of the condenser. From the refrigeration principle diagram, you will find that after the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant vapor enters the condenser, it begins to release heat to the surrounding air. With the effect of the heat sink, the heat can be dissipated into the air more quickly, and the refrigerant vapor gradually cools down and finally changes from a gaseous state to a normal-temperature and high-pressure liquid.

Certainly, we cannot ignore the importance of the throttling device. A common throttling device is the capillary tube. You can imagine it as a very thin tube. The normal-temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant coming out of the condenser needs to pass through the capillary tube for throttling and pressure reduction before entering the evaporator. The diameter of the capillary tube is very small, which creates relatively large resistance to the flow of the refrigerant, causing the pressure of the refrigerant to drop sharply and the temperature to decrease accordingly, turning it into a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid and getting it ready for heat absorption and evaporation in the evaporator.
Next, it's time for the evaporator to play its important role. The low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant rapidly evaporates in the evaporator, absorbing a large amount of heat around it, thus reducing the internal temperature of the refrigerator. In this process, the refrigerant changes from a liquid state to a gaseous state, completing the task of absorbing heat from the inside of the refrigerator.

Refrigeration cycle process:

  1. Evaporation processThe liquid refrigerant starts to evaporate after absorbing heat in the evaporator and turns into low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas. In this process, the heat inside the refrigerator is absorbed by the refrigerant, thus achieving the effect of cooling and refrigeration. For example, when we put a cup of hot water into the refrigerator, the heat of the hot water will be absorbed by the refrigerant in the evaporator, making the hot water gradually cool down.

  2. 2.Compression process

The refrigerant gas after evaporation is sucked in by the compressor and compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure superheated steam. The continuous operation of the compressor ensures that the refrigerant can circulate continuously in the system, providing power for the entire refrigeration process.

  3. 3.Condensation process

The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant vapor enters the condenser, dissipates heat to the surrounding air, and gradually cools down and condenses into a liquid. In this process, the refrigerant releases the heat absorbed from the inside of the refrigerator to the external environment.

  4. 4.Throttling process

The liquid refrigerant after condensation passes through the throttling device, and its pressure and temperature are reduced again, turning it into a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid, and then it re-enters the evaporator to start the next refrigeration cycle.

Through such a refrigeration cycle, nenwell brands fridge can continuously transfer the heat inside the refrigerator to the outside, maintain a low-temperature environment inside the refrigerator, extend the shelf life of food, and provide convenience for our daily life.
